Bert Romans creates custom metal artwork from his studio Renaissance Metal Art located just outside of Portland, Oregon. As a metal sculpture artist his work varies from welding sculptures, candle holders, unique railings and gates, lighting and furniture. Using blacksmithing techniques passed along from generations of artist/craftsmen each piece is completely custom made to suit your personality and taste.

Blacksmith art requires certain techniques such as hammering, welding, and heating to bend and shape the metal to the desired form. Fabrication is an industrial term that refers to the building of metal structures by cutting, bending, welding and assembling. Renaissance Metal Art has the experience and knowledge to produce great art pieces through these and other techniques.
